As an Instructional Designer at Doulas of Shanghai, I had the opportunity to work with a client to develop an online training slidedeck. The client was the subject matter expert in their field and provided valuable input and guidance throughout the process.
First, I worked closely with the client to understand their training goals and objectives. We discussed the target audience and the key concepts that needed to be covered in the training.
Next, I developed an outline for the slidedeck and shared it with the client for review. We worked together to fine-tune the outline and ensure that it met the needs of the training.
Throughout the process, I maintained regular communication with the client to ensure that their needs and concerns were being addressed. We made revisions and adjustments as needed to ensure that the final product met the client's expectations.
Overall, working with the client to develop the online training slidedeck was a highly collaborative and rewarding experience. I was able to use my skills and expertise to create a valuable learning resource for the client's audience, while also learning from the client's subject matter expertise.
