I recently delivered a bilingual staff training on Positive Discipline to the staff of a school, and the results were outstanding. The training received over 80% approval, and according to staff, it greatly improved their teaching practice. The Positive Discipline approach focuses on teaching and reinforcing positive behaviors, rather than simply punishing negative ones, and the staff at the school found it to be a valuable tool in creating a positive and supportive learning environment for their students. Overall, the training was a resounding success and I'm thrilled to have had the opportunity to make a positive impact on the school community.
